Emperor Humbucker Pickups, the foundation for this pickup is hybrid, PAF & T-Tops. PAF Parts with T-Top winds. This pickup uses the same vintage type T-Top poly wire, 43ga which gives the extra strength found in this set. The tone is centered around the solid, right on the edge of over developed mid range, focusing on tight, quick, and sustaining compression. When compared to the Duke Humbucker set, this set drives the pre-amp section harder, saturating the signal. The pickup uses specially charged alnico 5 magnets & our special vintage alloy pole pieces.
