The set is
modeled after the original specs of late 50s Duo Sonic guitars. This recreate the Golden years the
Heavy Formvar warm and woody pickup tones. Vintage staggered Alnico 5 magnets
with 42ga Heavy Formvar magnet wire. The tone is full and round, provides a nice medium compression that is smooth and creamy. Medium-Output. Lets not forget they are scatter wound with the same techniques that fender used in the 1950's.
Hand-Scatterwound
Wax potted to avoid unwanted microphonics.
