They will be updated periodically and you should review these Terms and Conditions prior to using this Site, and again from time to time when you return to this Site.

Order Acceptance:  The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Klein Pickups LLC reserves the right, with notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Payment Policies:  As a customer of Klein Pickups LLC, you are responsible for, and agree to pay promptly all charges associated with your order.  In the event a check is returned or electronic payment is denied, Klein Pickups LLC may impose a fee to cover the cost of any charges incurred.  Customers shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys’ fees and collection costs, that Klein Pickups LLC may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances.

Refunds:  Klein Pickups LLC will offer a store credit on orders returned with in 30 days from date of purchase.  Custom Orders are not returnable.  Refunds will be issued for pickups in NEW Condition, full leads, unaltered, & receipt and must be made with in 30 days from date of purchase, subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. 

Indemnification:  You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitations on Information:  In compiling this Site, we have made a determined effort to present its contents accurately. However, reliance on the contents of this Site for any purpose by you is at your sole risk. Neither we nor our affiliates shall be responsible for any errors of any kind (typographical or otherwise).

Privacy Policy:  Our Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time, is a part of these Terms and Conditions. Neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable to you for any damages, including without limitation, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, that may result from any violation of the Privacy Policy.

Copyright Information:  We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask you to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Klein Pickups LLC with the following information: (a) An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (b) Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (c) A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site; (d) Your address, telephone number, and email address; (e) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Security. Klein Pickups LLC has put various security measures into place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. For example, we encrypt your personal information, including your credit card number, whenever that information is transmitted over the Internet using triple key encryption technology by Secure Server Certification Authority RSA Data Security Inc. US and a VeriSign SSL (Secure socket Layer), to safeguard your Internet transactions. Browsers that allow for SSL Technology Ordering from our web site require the use of an SSL-compliant browser, such as Netscape 4.0 or later; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later; 5.0 AOL client for PCs; or the 5.0 AOL client for Macs. Return Policy: If an item is damaged during shipping, it may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a replacement.  Custom Orders are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
