Return Policy

Klein Pickups LLC stands by all of our Pickups.  All Pickups are covered for a period of 1 year from manufacturing defects, to original owner.  Warranty does not cover, damaged coils due to improper installation,  replaced leads, or any other altering of the original pickup.  Warranty covers original owner.  Returns/Repairs for pickups purchased through a OEM Guitar Builder are handled through the OEM Builder.  We stand by our pickups and the tones they produce.  If you are not completely satisfied you may send the pickup back to get one of your liking with in 14 Days, Equal or Lesser Value.  Custom orders are non returnable unless it is defective.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Refunds offered for 14 days from purchase date to the original purchaser and are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.  Pickups must be in new condition and have full leads, we will inspect every pickup before any refund or exchange is issued.  If any damage is found or if the pickups are not in new condition for what ever reason, we will return the pickup back to you.  If you do not return the covers, screws, springs or rubber tubing, you will be charged a replacement fee.
